Hi guys...I am really bad at this blog thing. I debated even getting one, but my dear friend Colyar talked me into it. Thanks Colyar because I do love this blog thing althougth I hope to find time to post new things. I just started my masters program two weeks ago and I knew that I would be too busy to even post new pictures or write new things about my life. To be honest, my very first post was actually written by my husband. :) Thank you honey! He knows me the best so what he writes is usually true. That's got to be a good thing, right? Secondly, I never know what to say...for the next two years my only news will be how the masters program is going and how tired I will be feeling. Lastly, when I get busy like this, I usually don't keep up with doing my hair and makeup, so posting pictures is pretty much out of the question, but I don't think that will go over very well with the few of you that are actually reading this blog sooo...I promise to make an effort. :) Today was my first day giving therapy at the NIU clinic and I guess it went pretty well. My little guy is 3 years old and was born with a cleft lip and palate which contributes to his speech and language delay. I will do my best to help him while he is my client. I really do love what I am doing and I pray that I will make a difference in the lives of those I come in contact with. Wish me luck! It's getting late and my husband is on the floor here in our office pretty much falling asleep so I better let you all go. I'll be back though so.....talk to ya soon.

Come on Ilce you can do it! (Think of me jumping up and down with pom poms!:-)
So I know the next two years will be crazy busy but you can use this as your journal/outlet of escape! Plus, both you AND Santi can keep us posted on the Olivares family updates! (okay Santiago!)
I am sure you will have all sort of fun and interesting stories from the little peeps you work with. If I can make a post about the comments of my sunbeams you can make posts about random things too!
PS- You always look hot so you better still post pics!

Ilce, I'm reading your blog, but don't worry! There will be no spelling or grammar corrections from me. :) Terry and I are so excited about your master's program in speech therapy. You will be wonderful! We hope to see you sometime in the future. Love, Hermana Colyar
